Luis arrived at my house early and completely the job perfectly! I was really nervous to call a plumber as this is my first home. Luis was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. I did not feel pressured to purchase any service and he explained which ones were necessary and which could wait.
He also explained what may need to happen once a scope is used since my lead pipes are from the 60's, but assured me that options would be explained only after getting confirmation with a scope.
Based on my pipes backing up and my toilet issues, he was able to recommend what additional parts should be looked at to possibly replace due to their age to prevent more surprise damage in the future.
I had extreme anxiety about my plumbing issues but was left at ease with the help of Luis. He added me to their plumbing club to save me additional money off this bill and for any bills in the future. I felt like their pricing was very fair for the amount of work that was put in. I am very excited to now have a plumbing company that I can call!
