No price mystery, all standard by the book. Great service from Carlos, will be using this company again. We have hired Pink Plumbers and Red Cap in the past and the prices seemed high and not based on anything aside from the personal whims of whoever showed up. Carlos brought a price list and stuck to the price. It felt more honest. And he did an excellent job, replacing our kitchen faucet and rebuilding our bathroom toilet. Clean, quality work.

Positive in all ways from the initial phone call (good listener, prompt response, and had service manager call around to special order discontinued parts). The service man did excellent work and yes he was "clean" . I was so pleased. I will definitely use again and will recommend to everyone.
