Adam did a great job. I explained what I thought needed to be done that turned out not to be the proper solution. Adam is very knowledgeable and proposed a better solution to take care of my toilet problem. Additionally he installed a new float device and discovered another potentially catastrophic problem. He repaired a faulty shutoff valve and in the process found a hidden pinhole in the water supply copper pipe. The pipe had just begun to show the minuscule pinhole leak. Adam's knowledge and keen eye prevented what could have been a major break in a very short time. He quickly repaired the pipe which is no longer a problem or concern. Thank you Adam, if ever need a plumber in the future, you a can be assured you will be the only person I will call.
Overall I was pleased. However, due to the nature of my repair a significant "hole" had to be created in an exterior wall to access the waterline that was the issue. The tech notified me that he didn't repair the void other than filling it with expanding foam. That should not be the case. Not only did I have to do a second foam application myself but I also had to deal with the stucco repair. If that isn't something the clean plumbers do they should at the very least have a company or individuals to recommend to their customers to address an issue like this. In essence they didn't "complete" the job.
