I found what appeared to be a water leak in my master bathroom coming from the wall of my 8th floor condo. I had to have someone determine source quickly before damage could impact neighbors below. I called 4 other Plumber's, 2 from recommendations of friends, 2 from web search. 2 didn't answer, just machine. 2 couldn't send anyone until following week. , I remembered that an organization that I work with uses Besel. When I called, the gal that answered, heard my story and said she would call back within the hour. Mike Besel called back and was going to get someone to me today! By then, the source of the leak had been found was non-urgent so a non-emergent appointment was scheduled. But, Besel impressed me that they were the only one out of 5 that answered, responded and were even prepared to help. I highly recommend this company!
I highly recommend The Clean Plumbers. I've use them on several occasions within the past 6 years (for my daughter and my mother). Every time they complete a job I am satisfied and don't feel ripped off ???? Their prices are reasonable, they staff are professional , prompt and knowledgeable. I called to have someone come assess our pipes based on a home inspection, and Paul came to take a look. First, his communication was great - he called me proactively to schedule, and then was able to come earlier than anticipated which was great. Second, he was thorough, professional, and great at explaining what he was looking at and what he found to a plumbing newbie like me. Finally, at no point did I feel like I was getting an up-sell or made to think that there was work to be done when there was not. So even though The Clean Plumbers didn't make any money from me this time, they have definitely earned my future business.
