We have had great customer service from Gary at Clean Plumbers. He is always professional and doesn't try to sell things we don't need. He is knowledgeable about water softeners and plumbing in general. The office is great too! They pick up when i call and are always friendly. They are quick to get an appointment scheduled and it's always soon.

Adam was just amazing today. I joked with him, calling him my "lie detector" because when sharing what another plumber told me could and couldn't be fixed (during a free inspection by my HVAC company looking to extend services), he was such a breath of fresh air. As an excellent problem solver, he fixed everything (including what the other guy deemed "unfixable") at a fraction of the other estimate.
I have used the Clean Plumber many times and without issue. Today's experience with Adam, the way they communicate arrivals via sms and email, their responsiveness in scheduling (made my appointment yesterday) was perfection. Highly recommend.
