I have used them several times. Kenny has been here several times. Friendly, clean and informative. I am not mechanically inclined, nor have the tools and frankly, the issue would be worse if I DIY. I don't mind paying for a service I can rely on and have built a rapport with the serviceman.
We have used Maurici two or three times. They are always prompt, pleasant, CLEAN and efficient. The guys did the job for a very reasonable price and then gave us a bit of advice on how to handle a couple of other small jobs ourselves. They are in my permanent Rolodex of service providers. We were expecting (and dreading)to pay a ton for a re-pipe job, but Paul suggested an excellent alternative to fix our leak in the foundation and Larry came out today and made it happen. I highly recommend this company. They are my plumbers for life!
We have used Phillip Maurici 'the Clean Plumbers' on several occasions. We are very please with their customer service and with Paul the plumber who came to our home to do the work. He was on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. We will definitely call them again, when a plumber is needed.
I've used Maurici over half a dozen times and every single time they've been friendly, helpful and very fast with emergencies. They've unclogged sewer lines, fixed drainage problems, installed new fixtures, water softeners and hot water heaters very professionally. I joined the clean club since they are the only plumber I call and get 20% off all services now. They even came out on Thanksgiving to replace a leaky old disposal with no extra charge!

Knowledgeable and courteous. I hired The Clean Plumbers to replace our 9 year old water heater when it started leaking water from the top. Turns out, while they were dismantling and removing the old unit, they saw that the steel braided hoses leading to the water heater were actually the culprit, having corroded from the inside. They showed me the hoses (which they replaced with CPVC). After installing the new water heater, the water pressure did not return to full strength, and they did a very thorough job troubleshooting the issue, ultimately determining that the shut off valve leading to the water heater was also corroded internally, and replaced that as well.

Precisely on time. Had booties over his boots. Quoted us about $250 for the work plus a $39 service fee. We were told all the work would cost $211 when we scheduled the appointment. He called his company and they approved the lesser amount. Work was done well and took about 1h 15m.

It's a wonderful thing to be able to recommend a company for their professionalism, altruism and customer service. Our experience with Besel Plumbing spans many years and we've appreciated these traits from day one. Their plumbers are skilled diagnosticians who take pride in their work. In approaching an install or repair they consider implications beyond the job at hand. One example: the proposal for a water softener install included a recommendation to flush our tankless water heater. Jeff explained that our municipal water supply is laden with minerals and that our tankless water heater would likely have mineral deposits that would negatively impact performance and life expectancy. Having Besel Plumbing take the time and care to evaluate systems surrounding the contracted job is a just one way in which their professionalism sets them above their competition. With this as the standard, it comes as no surprise (but is worth mentioning) that their plumbers arrive in uniform, with identification, driving well-stocked, professional grade vehicles. Cleanliness is an attribute of both the plumbers and their work. Any time a plumber has entered our home he did so wearing shoe covers. Work areas, both inside and out, were free of debris or any evidence work had been done there. With the exception of a beautiful new water softener. All of this would be sufficient to recommend any business, but their support of community charities and non profit organizations really put them over the top. In all they do, it's clear Besel Plumbing invests in their plumbers, the community and, most of all, their customers.
