We discovered a water leak in our laundry room over the weekend, so first thing Monday morning called our plumber (happy customer since the mid 1990s). We assumed it was the drain that periodically requires professional cleaning. Gary came that afternoon, and determined the source of the leak was not the drain, but the pipes behind our kitchen sink. Gary explained the repair options, and helped us choose the best one. He scheduled us the next morning for the demolition of the wall and pipe replacement. He and Nathan arrived on time and completed the work a lot quicker than we expected. They kept the "mess" to a minimum. A Big Thanks to Gary , Nathan, and Clean Plumbers. Great company!!

They were simply awesome from the time they answered the phone to the total completion. I called on Monday morning, we were without hot water over the weekend and desperately needed help that day. I called one and they couldn't get it done til midweek. Somehow, they popped up on my screen, I called, they were so professional in hearing our needs and getting all the correct information to replace our hot water heater, had someone come out within the hour. We had Jim as our tech, who was super courteous and super efficient, he called and was able to get the right heater and equipment he needed to fix it that day. We live in a condo and it was a tight job, but he did such an excellent job and was finished in a few hours, left everything so clean, they really live up to their name. Their organization, efficiency and customer service was so amazing, I felt truly blessed, I couldn't thank Jim enough, I would definitely recommend them without a doubt.
Another awesome job by Jay, with Besel/The Clean Plumbers! I depend on Besel Plumbing/The Clean Plumbers to take care of my home plumbing issues. I recently had a problem with water leaking from the pipe connected to my washing machine. Jay came on time, and he quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the issue to me and replaced the pipe, and he conducted stress testing to ensure everything was working as intended, and while he was there, I asked him if he could take a look at the garbage disposal, and he put in a new gargage disposal for me, at my request. Everthing is working perfectly now! If only I could adopt Jay! He was just so kind, engaging, and professional. This is a company that only hires the very best professionals, and they stand by their work and their prices are very reasonable. I rarely write reviews, but I want to commend Jay on his wonderful work. Thank you!
I had water gushing into my driveway, and needed a plumber on an urgent basis. A friend recommended Besel Plumbing, and my husband and I had heard about their excellent work from our neighbors. From the moment I called, Besel treated me as if I was the most important customer they had, and Jim Moore was at our property within minutes. The problem was complicated, because the roots of our beautiful oak had broken a pipe, and water was gushing from the ground. Jim had the problem under control in a short time. He explained the solution to me and within a couple of hours everything was fixed and back to normal. I should note that Jim took special care of my husband's landscaping, replacing and watering the grass to ensure its growth and beauty. This company is awesome!
I've used the Clean Plumbers several times for a home in Tampa and when I moved to St Pete a few years ago I was bummed they didn't cover the area. Now they do! (They partnered with Besel Plumbing, which was also a great company.) They are prompt, have clear up-front pricing, and are professional and responsive.
