Called late on Thursday with a dead water heater hoping to get an appointment for the next day but expected to be put off until the following week.
They had a team at my house in about twenty minutes. They troubleshot and found the problem without major repair or replacement costs.

No price mystery, all standard by the book. Great service from Carlos, will be using this company again. We have hired Pink Plumbers and Red Cap in the past and the prices seemed high and not based on anything aside from the personal whims of whoever showed up. Carlos brought a price list and stuck to the price. It felt more honest. And he did an excellent job, replacing our kitchen faucet and rebuilding our bathroom toilet. Clean, quality work.
