Jeff came out after i had another company come out twice starts with the alphabet. he was very good and polite unclogged my sewer line cleaned up after himself. Would definitly recommend Besel plumbing for your plumbing needs. Top notch service.
Super Bowl Sunday is not the day to have your plumbing back up, however, Maurici Plumbing made it easy!!! After an absolutely delightful conversation with the woman who answered the phone, wish I wrote down her name but she lives in Brandon, she assured me that I would hear from a technician soon.
Not too long later I received a call from Adam and he indicated he would be here in 20-30 minutes. Adam showed up on time, diagnosed the situation, went on the roof and rodded through the vent and fixed our problem. Adam was professional and quite pleasant to deal with and did a great job!
Both Maurici employees deserve a kudos for a job well done.
Not a bad thing to say about the entire endeavor except it was a little costly, which was typical for a service call on Sunday, let alone Super Bowl Sunday. Highly recommend Maurici after my first time using them..... A+++
We are very happy with the work that Besel Plumbing did for us! We hired them to replace some old cast iron pipes with new pvc. Everyone we spoke to was kind, professional and knowledgeable. The workmanship was excellent and their customer service was terrific! We would absolutely hire them again!
Highly Recommend this company. I had a leaking Spigot on the outside of my home that ended up leaking between the walls and flooding my bathroom and bedroom. I called The Clean Plumber and they sent their Tech out on a Sunday morning to fix my problem. Paul Ron was my tech and you could not ask for a better representative for your company. He had to work outside on his knees in the rain to repair my problem and did it all very professionally without complaining about the elements. He was courteous and thorough, answering all my questions and making sure everything worked well before leaving. I was so impressed with Paul that I asked for him specifically a few weeks later when I needed a new kitchen faucet installed. Again, Paul did a great job! He is an outstanding tech and really understands customer service!
They are the best. Absolutely will use them again if needed. Paul was professional and knowledgeable and efficient. I had an outside shower that was failing and the bib hose was causing leakage into the house as well as a toilet that had a mind of its own...in about an hour it was all resolved. He gave me the best and worst case scenarios with fair pricing and thankfully it was the best case scenario and all is well. I will absolutely recommend them as well as only use them in the future.
