David was great and solved our problem. I was originally scheduled for 12:30 - 2:30. I was called and it was changed to 2:30 - 4:30. Around 4:45 I got a call from David and he had just been given the call and he arrived at 5:30. I would have given 5 starts but didn't because of the delays.
