My wife and I just bought a house in Pinellas County, near our daughter and family, but we were still living on the East coast of *******. We came in to coordinate projects related to plumbing, electrical and carpentry. I had three companies/contractors for each category scheduled to come in and review the projects and give me quotes. Trying to schedule 9 contractors is like trying to herd cats, but it got done, even though there were some time variations on when they came out that day, all but a few showed up.I always like to meet and get multiple bids on any projects I have for my home. The inspection report for the home showed several pluming issues. Of the three plumbers who came out. Only ********************* from Phillip Maurici, The Clean Plumbers came back with a quote without additional prompting. Again, his bid was not the cheapest, but his demeanor and demonstration of his skills won me over. His company sent out a plumber who did exactly what they said they would. I was on the East coast at the time, and we communicated via text and voice. He sent me pictures of his work and all my plumbing is working beautifully.I found **** to be very professional, pleasant to talk with and an expert in his field. The company the Clean Plumbers had some issues with phone support over the weekend (they share an off-hour phone service), but eventually that was resolved. I will use **** again for any future plumbing needs.
You see reviews that are sometimes "I wish I could put negative stars" but this is just the opposite - I wish I could put MORE stars! Luis did a GREAT job and I am very happy with the results! Steve
I used Besel Plumbing on 4/10/23 to work on an exterior water line repair. In addition they performed a faucet installation and a toilet repair. I initially spoke with the owner Mike Besel who took the time to listen to my plumbing issues. He sent Jim to complete the work and Jim did an excellent job on all services. His communication skills were excellent as he let me know how he would perform each service. Jim took the time to perform the services carefully and tested his work as he went along to ensure there were no leaks. I would recommend Besel Plumbing and plan to continue using them as the need arises.
Somewhat complicated installation of a specialty sink but Luis and Pierre did an outstanding job. I've used Maurici Plumbers many times and they have done a great job every time. I highly recommend them.

Besel plumbing has been honest and professional to deal with each time I've used them. This time they sent plumber Jim, who I knew from high school, and he did a wonderful job; very efficient, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Replaced a drain pipe in master bathroom. Price was a little more than I expected to pay but both gentlemen were very professional and fixed my slow drain problem.

I found what appeared to be a water leak in my master bathroom coming from the wall of my 8th floor condo. I had to have someone determine source quickly before damage could impact neighbors below. I called 4 other Plumber's, 2 from recommendations of friends, 2 from web search. 2 didn't answer, just machine. 2 couldn't send anyone until following week. , I remembered that an organization that I work with uses Besel. When I called, the gal that answered, heard my story and said she would call back within the hour. Mike Besel called back and was going to get someone to me today! By then, the source of the leak had been found was non-urgent so a non-emergent appointment was scheduled. But, Besel impressed me that they were the only one out of 5 that answered, responded and were even prepared to help. I highly recommend this company!
